FAQ
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–10 minutes of successful payment. During high-traffic periods, it may take a little longer.
What networks do you support?
We currently support MTN data bundles only. Payment can be made from any MoMo network (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo).
How do I pay?
Payment is made securely via Mobile Money, processed through our payment partner Paystack. We never store your MoMo PIN.
What if I enter the wrong number?
Double-check the number before paying. If you notice an error right after payment, WhatsApp us immediately at 0544 596 913 — if it hasn't been delivered yet, we'll correct it. Once delivered, it cannot be reversed.
Does the data expire?
No extra expiry from us — standard MTN bundle validity applies (usually 30 days).
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled case-by-case. If an order fails to deliver due to an error on our end, contact us and we'll resolve it promptly. See our Terms of Service for full details.

1. About These Terms
By placing an order on MAX Data Hub (maxdatahub.store), you agree to the terms below.
2. Orders & Delivery
Orders process automatically upon successful payment. Most bundles deliver within 3–10 minutes; rare delays will be communicated.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely via Paystack. We do not store your card or MoMo PIN at any point.
4. Incorrect Numbers
You are responsible for entering the correct recipient number. We are not liable for data delivered to an incorrectly entered number once delivery is confirmed.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled case-by-case. If an order fails to deliver due to an error on our end, contact support and we will resolve it — typically via re-delivery or refund, at our discretion. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the transaction.
6. No Expiry
We add no extra expiry to bundles; standard MTN validity terms still apply.
7. Service Availability
We aim for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors outside our control (network downtime, maintenance, third-party API outages).
